A half-day one-to-one to understand what AI changes for your business, look at your own tasks, and decide where to start.
A deep, structured conversation with you, not a presentation. You talk about your company, what takes time, what worries you. I have no reseller agreements: I show what exists, including open-source alternatives, and we look at what actually works for you.

A session with your team on their own tasks, a longer workshop, a 90-day sprint or a fractional AI lead. You can also stop there: the session delivers value on its own.
During the session we use non-sensitive data only. For later work on confidential data, I can set up models that run on your own infrastructure.
