AI workshop for your team, on your own tasks

One to three days of hands-on work with the people who will actually use AI: their tasks, their material, and a result they can repeat the day after without me in the room.

The problem

Most AI training fails at the design stage, not the delivery stage. One session for everyone, a walk through the features, and the team leaves knowing what the tool can do — which is not the same as knowing what to do with it on a Tuesday afternoon.

A tool that passes a demo and a team that uses it daily are two different projects. The tool rarely fails. The plan around the tool does. That gap is what a workshop is for.

How the days run

One day is enough for one team and a handful of tasks. Two or three days let several roles work in parallel, or add the layer between being trained and being competent — the reinforcement that keeps a task in use after the session.

Common questions

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. The workshop is for the people who do the work, not IT specialists.

How is this different from the individual session?

The individual session is one-to-one with a decision-maker, to choose a first use case and decide where to start. The workshop is the team that will use AI, on its own tasks.

Who should attend?

The people who do the work, not only their managers. Design it around two or three roles, not the whole company at once.

Can we stop after the workshop?

Yes. Each engagement delivers value on its own. If you want to keep going, the next step is usually the 90-day adoption sprint.

Does this meet the EU AI Act’s AI literacy obligation?

It is a measure you can document, not compliance on its own: the obligation also covers how the tools are used day to day. The written outputs help you show what was done.

Does our data stay with us?

During the workshop we use non-sensitive data only. For later work on confidential data, I can set up models that run on your own infrastructure.

Let's talk

Tell me which roles are involved and what they spend their time on. We will design the days around that.
